On Hold Messaging

Why not tell callers a little bit about the people with whom they talk on the phone?  Use the On Hold messages from Express On Hold to tell stories about each of your employees, about their hobbies, the teams they coach, the movies they like, where they went to school, where they grew up, how many children they have, you get the idea.  It personalizes that voice the caller hears.
