Force Majeure
Express On Hold is not liable for or obligated to take special actions or precautions when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control, such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of God (e.g.: flood, earthquake, volcano, etc.), prevents us from shipping your product.

Warranties
The digital on hold messaging playback units sold by Express On Hold include a three-year warranty. You should receive a copy of the warranty with the product. If, within three years, the unit fails for any reason listed in the warranty, we will replace it at no charge to you. Because Express On Hold playback units are encrypted, they only play audio that has been produced by Express On Hold. The memory sticks we provide are also encrypted and play only in Express On Hold equipment.

Express On Hold is not responsible for any claims of product defect that are due to the misuse and/or abuse of the product, misapplication of the item, or inappropriate product choice. We are not responsible for any damage to telephones, telephone systems or any ancillary equipment or systems resulting from the use or misuse of an Express On Hold product. Any warranty the products carry will be null and void if the item is used inappropriately according to the enclosed directions.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so as quickly as possible after placing the order. If products have been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and a restocking fee. If the customer's approved copy has been recorded and/or mixed, the customer will be responsible for associated costs.

Returns
If you experience any problems with your order, please call our toll-free number at 877/71-EXPRESS (877/713-9773). We will be happy to issue you a refund, credit or exchange on unused items (certain provisions apply).

Shipping
All orders placed on ExpressOnHold.com are received and processed daily. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. In-stock items will be shipped 24 to 48 hours from order time.

In-stock items ship via DHL and UPS. Delivery time varies depending on where your package is being shipped; typically from 1 to 6 business days in the contiguous United States.

Items that are not in stock (back-ordered) will be shipped as soon as they are received in our offices.
